Upon entering the door, Shen Xiang found himself in an exceptionally spacious hall with a silver-colored sarcophagus in the middle. Many lifelike dragons were carved on it, each with distinct postures and expressions.
“Is this the sarcophagus of the Silver Dragon Is it buried in human form” Shen Xiang walked over to touch the silver sarcophagus, only for his hand to suddenly recoil in shock as he felt it shake.
The sarcophagus was shaking, and the lid moved on its own!
After opening the lid, Shen Xiang immediately looked inside the sarcophagus, only to see a thick silver mist full of light radiating from within.
“Is this the Silver Dragon’s tomb” Shen Xiang looked around, unsure of what significance lay in his entrance to the Silver Dragon’s tomb.
“Indeed, this is my tomb!” Shen Xiang suddenly heard a voice in his head and was startled once again.
The silver mist inside the sarcophagus suddenly moved and transformed into a dragon-like figure, watching him with red eyes.
“Senior… aren’t you dead” Shen Xiang was surprised, unsure if he could see the Celestial God Realm’s Silver Dragon as Mooner once mentioned that these ancient beasts were long gone.
“My physical body is dead, my spirit is fading too. Although I’m a Divine Beast of Heaven’s Path, I can’t live forever. My duties in the Celestial God Realm are complete, and Heaven’s Power slowly dissipates,” said the Silver Dragon with sadness in his voice. “I know your purpose for being here and I’ve already tested you.”
Shen Xiang’s eyes twitched as he realized that it was the Silver Dragon who controlled all of his trials while in the Silver Dragon’s secret realm.
“Senior, your tests were really severe. Space Ghost Bees appeared too,” Shen Xiang frowned and asked, “How did you do it Why did you make those monsters and Space Ghost Bees to attack me so quickly”
“The Silver Dragon’s secret realm is my Sea of Divine Energy. I can control it freely,” said the Silver Dragon, explaining his actions. “You sought me out to devour my spirit, right”
“To be honest, I just wanted to devour your spirit which lacks consciousness. Now that you still have consciousness, I don’t plan on doing it,” said Shen Xiang, assuming the Silver Dragon was dead and his spirit would disappear too after losing his physical body.
“Don’t worry, devour me. I don’t mind it. Being able to rest in peace is more satisfying for me,” said the Silver Dragon.
Shen Xiang was startled again, asking incredulously, “You knew my purpose Why are you willing to be devoured by me despite being reduced to just your spirit”
“Your second Sea of Divine Energy was calling me. You might not even know it, but you’ve nurtured a Silver Dragon within yourself. Apart from that, there are three other beasts inside your Sea of Divine Energy,” said the Silver Dragon.
Shen Xiang was indeed unaware of these details. He only knew that his second Sea of Divine Energy had been hidden for a long time, following him all along. He didn’t anticipate how powerful the second Sea of Divine Energy was that managed to subdue his spirit.
“Senior, doesn’t it seem like you know a lot about the second Sea of Divine Energy Did you not cultivate it” asked Shen Xiang.
